Lonely
I’ve been lead by darkness for years on end and my attempts to escape have been complete failure
In the midst of my life you just appeared out of the blue
You were a light that could brighten the path that I needed to take to be assured
I approached you with great caution because I knew that one wrong move and you’d leave
Slowly I walked, step by step
I made it half way there and she noticed me
I was completely frozen
In that in s tang she was smiling, smiling at me
And I didn’t know a thing about her
I tried my best to keep my composure
But it was to much to hide so I sped up and she turned to me
As I approached the beauty that was seemed to be attracted to me
But I got my hopes up for nothing
Because coming from behind me was a man who went and gave her a kiss
I was outraged
How could he have come from nowhere and steal my moment of bliss
At that point I could see everything clearly now
I had no place in this society known as love
So why should I let them enjoy something I’ll never know
Without a single thought I pulled out a revolver
Someone began to scream so started shooting
They say love can live even in death, I wonder if they’re love will last forever
