Mistake
I came home and she was sitting in the dark
I was dumbfounded on why she was there
But something told me that her consciousness was to far
She stood up and came my way
For a moment I was thinking of what she was gonna do to me
She just began to ask me questions, and I had nothing to say
She then began screaming at me because I didn’t know how to answer her questions,
I began to get so mad at her, something I never wanted to be
After so many words I could tell that her patience was low
I tried to gather my words together
But my mouth was moving to fast and my mind to slow
She began pushing me and I’d just let her
Hitting me over and over I soon started to lose control
Next thing I knew it was over
I opened my eyes and she was on the ground crying
My hand was stinging with a sharp pain
I couldn’t believe what I had done
I rushed down to her trying to comfort her
She could only push me away trying to ensure her safety
I was so devastated that I just stopped and looked over her
I apologized so many times
I told her I loved her so many times
In the end.. I left, hoping she would take me back
