To My Progress
You are very patient and very stubborn,
You are very slow like the sullen current of a canal,
You are making me wait for too long,
You probably burst into laughter whenever I make my plans,
You make it seem like you are against me,
You have glorious duties to fulfill still,
You have to accompany me into the valley,
You led me from darkness into the myriad lights of joy and kindness,
You now have to work with your parents “Discipline” and “Dedication”,
You don’t show up when I have nothing, but..
You know I have something, so..
You should do like your twin “Promise”,
You make me mad sometimes,
You make me wanna give up on myself,
You and I are in a battle,
You and I will win the War even if we lose the battle, the battles.
