Desired One

How lovely are thee, that light can hit ones face,
And reflect as if forbidden to touch.
Porcelain shines, beauty in turn is left to chase,
Only perfection was what was left of such.

If thou light may shine so summer begins,
And winter that lasts forever ceases,
By the lingering warmth of springs sins,
Then thee are more of momentary than of endless.

Thy will admire ones refined self,
But hope to pray for a darker reflection,
To feed thy hunger for ones fervency,
Of a grander than thy’s selection.

'twas accursed to thy’s eternal fire,
Only to be bound by thy’s desire.
