Kiss the Sky

We’re all woods and deserts,
the hot and the cold,
The high and the low,
the meek and the bold,
The cruel and the kind,
the weak and the strong,
All have a place to belong.

We all need each other,
or how would we see,
We’re not all the same,
not all just like ‘me’.
There needs to be difference,
to give us insight.
To show us the way to the light.

Earth people all,
that’s what we all are,
A constellation,
not just one star,
Brothers and sisters,
all to hold hands,
One music festival,
just different bands.

The path of another,
it won’t work to block it,
That is no way,
to find our own rocket.
If our own road bypasses,
ego’s great lie,
All of us can kiss the sky.
