The Frustration of Socialization
Devastating is the realization
That I cannot simply fly away
To a place where skies are not grey
Where there is an easier way
Of getting through another day
Of getting by day by day
Where people do not lead
One another astray
There may be such a place
For the birds
Where feathers could mean nothing
Or everything
Anything concerning; humans
Does not mean a thing
They cannot feel the sting
Of socialization
Of frustration
