The Warrior
They talk about the warriors
Those individuals who are brave, noble, and strong
They fight a lifetime of battles, and always manage to carry on
We are mesmerized by their inner beauty
We are inspired by their ability to overcome pain
We are amazed when they make sacrifices
Their willingness to give, with little to gain
They have the heart of an angel
They have a compassion for life that can never be tamed
They are able to give out a crazy love, a love that’s impossible to explain
We’ve all heard about Hercules
We might as well add in Mulan and Mighty Zeus
But, when I hear the mention of a true warrior… the first person I think about is you.
