Her heart was so warm and inviting,
Like a comfy couch next to the fireplace.
Her smile lit up the world,
Like the diverse sunrises every morning.
The journey she has been going through
Has not been easy.
She has learned to look at the positive side of things,
Even when her nights are filled with tears.
She has never asked for help
Because she doesn’t want to seem weak.
She wants to be strong
And she wants to show everyone that everything is okay.
It’s hard for her to be strong all the time.
Sometimes she is breaking down,
But appears to be strong
Because it’s easier to pretend than to let her challenges take over.
Even if she is crying all night,
Or if she hasn’t smiled in days,
She always finds a way to make others happy
Because she doesn’t want anyone to have to experience what she has.
