Non poem

This is not a poem just something I wrote

I once was a stone cutter,
For many years I made my living taking big blocks of stone,
And turned them into statues, sculptors, and other things.
For years it seemed something was missing in me?
I wanted to be stronger, more then I was.
I wanted to be the very stone of which I carved for so many years.
To me it was the only thing that would last forever.
One day I got my wish, and woke to being a beautiful stone statue.
And then a stone cutter not unlike the man I was.
Came to were I stood, and chiseled me away to nothing but dust.
