Good Care

Nobody else needs to know

Well,  If you can’t be kind in this life,
maybe I should just take a sharp knife
to the wrists.

But, I don’t think so.

So I’ll send her a package with edibles and a note.
Maybe that will get this lump out of my throat.
So, I’ll just go ahead and send
a package (from a friend.)

You know, I really can’t afford much.
I’m still living off of others’ good-fortune.
This reaching-out business has got to be clutch
or I’ll diminish in confusion.

Oh, yeh I am gonna send her a package.  A gift box from a friend.
I can see that when she gets it she grinned.

Or It could die like most good ideas tend to.
I could catch some z’s and get back to doing what I do.

What’s the problem with asking a simple “how are you?”
When you kicked me I was stuck to your shoe.
So if you wouldn’t mind, let me ask you if I may,
just how you make it through each chemically altered day.

I’m drowning in the chem-trails
each lung fails.

Or is it the sugar, caffeine, asprin, nicotine, alcohol,
sugar, sugar, tylenol.
Don’t care– Don’t care= Aderol.
Cancer is the cure all/end all.

So, if you don’t feel too creeped out by me,
I was just writing to see and know
that you are well and chillaxed.
Or, to brighten your day if you’re feeling taxed
by all this cultures nonsense.

So I bid you, take luck.

No, not what I meant to say.  Not a bit!
My mouth opens and spews worthless $h!+.

So, I bid you good care.

Because few if any dare

to confuse “Good Luck” and “Take Care”

On purpose to make a point.

If you feel that someone you are speaking with has a good level of care for you and your conversation is drawing to a close, that. THAT! is the ideal place to bid the pleasantry "Good Care."

... "Take luck" sounds funny aand should be used often to make a point.
