All Great Heros Do
When life knocks you down, you’ve just got to get back on your feet. Then you and happiness will again, soon meet.
No matter how dark it seems, at the end of the tunnel there’s always light. No matter what you’ve been through, everything will be alright.
Now let me tell you something that’s truer than true; tough times don’t last, but tough people do.
Just because today may be a very dark night, doesn’t mean that your future isn’t ever so bright.
The nicer you are, and the more you know. The further you will certainly go.
The choice is finally mine. Not theirs anymore. They may have won the battle. But I have won the war.
Maybe it’s all just a lesson. When you’re at rock bottom and you’ve had enough, just know, the only way you can possibly go, is up.
Maybe its proving though they may not be big, strong, and tall, a person is a person; no matter how small.
Even if you think you hate yourself, You should be nice to yourself still. Because if you don’t even love yourself, then who ever will?
It’s ok if people don’t like me. It’s ok if I’m not liked by anyone else. All that matters is that I like myself.
After fighting and fighting. And exclamation. Relax. Because after all, destruction is a form of creation.
Maybe it’s all just a test. Separating the weak from the strong. Staying tough and fighting is right, while giving up is wrong.
Maybe we were made like this to help not ourselves, but other people more. Because god would never give you something he knows you couldn’t endure.
What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. I know it sounds cliché. But living proof, is that I’m here today.
Yeah I have some bad memories. And a couple of scars too. But then again all great hero’s do.
