Artista plástico y poeta Inadaptado de la ciudad de Cali, nace el 1 de enero de 1987, viste simplemente… también un día quise asaltar un banco en el nombre de la libertad, los policías me han robado a mano armada en una requisa. En las calles de la ciudad, el Rock and Roll, unos cuantos poetas feroces, el Nadaísmo, y la cerveza encontré la poesía. Cofundador del colectivo de poesía experimental La Sociedad Perdida, ha recitado en diversos espacios no convencionales dentro y fuera del país, ha publicado sus poemas en la revista Los Inadaptados, en Bogotá militó en la Fundación Andrés Barbosa Vivas, actualmente recorre las calles de Pasto con su poesía.
Omar Garzón Pinto (Bogotá). Sus poemas han sido publicados antologías, periódicos y revistas especializadas de Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Cuba, Nicaragua, México, España, Guinea Ecuatorial y Colombia. Entre los años 2011 y 2012 se desempeñó como tallerista de la Fundación Andrés Barbosa Vivas y ha trabajado como profesor de Geografía y Literatura en Bogotá. Autor del libro Flores para un ocaso, editado por la Liga Latinoamericana de Artistas (Bogotá, 2013). Manuel Ángel Vázquez Medel (Huelva, 1956) es poeta, escritor y catedrático de Literatura en la Universidad de Sevilla. Miembro de la Academia de Buenas Letras de Granada. Ha publicado los libros de poemas Pájaro de la noche y Remota luz , así como el de aforismos El ave de Minerva se eleva en el crepúsculo . Es también autor de más de treinta libros de investigación y doscientos "papers" en Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales. Preside la Comisión Académica del Máster en Escritura Creativa, en el que imparte el taller de "Poesía".
Estudie Ciencias de la Comunicación en la especialidad de Periodismo y diseño gráfico en la espacialidad de Diseño Editorial. I was born in Alabama. Lived the first 9 years of my life in Florida, but then moved back to Alabama after my grandmother passed away to live in her house. I've been here ever since and I absolutely love it. I am married to a wonderful man who is my best friend. I'm surrounded by my family and friends and beautiful nature. I am a follower of Christ. I've always loved to write. When I was little, I would write my parents little notes and slide them underneath the door of whatever room they were in. I just loved to touch people through my words. Verbally and on paper. When I became a teenager, I started to write random poetry for fun, but also for school. I realized that it wasn't homework for me to write, it was a joy. My poetry streak really took off at the age of 15. Now, having recently turned 30, I have been through a lot in the past decade and have not written as much as i used to. Ups and downs, highs and lows, defeats and victories...you name it. I've felt a lot of different emotions and thought many thoughts. And I've composed quite a few poems and written many songs through it all. So, this is my place to share them with the world, to touch others through my words. I hope they mean something to you. Namaste, Although I am now residing in sunny Florida, I grew up in Queens, New York. I am the eldest daughter of Jamaican, West Indian immigrants. We were a lively family, five siblings altogether with plenty of love and joviality to go around. From early on, I loved creating stories. My brothers and sisters also keenly enjoyed listening to them. But, being the natural artist, I preferred to retreat into the silence of my room surrounded by my dolls, where we would embark on all sorts of imaginative and adventurous tales. My siblings would listen with their ears glued to the bedroom door, occasionally a giggle of delight escaped from the other side of the door. This interest in story telling gradually metamorphosed into the art of penning poetry. Over the years I have written many poems. The fascinating thing about the imaginative process that I've observed, is that there seems to be some sort of bridge that connects us to the creative source. This is similar to what I experienced in my childhood, a quiet space within, beyond me where creative ideas flow endlessly. On another note, I am also an artist. But, LOL, all of my paintings tell a story too. My work is a visual and poetic diary of my spiritual journey. From the highest peaks in the Himalayas to many of the sacred ashrams in holy India I have been blessed with the opportunity to journey through that divine land eleven times. My spiritual quest began on June 6, 1970 with the birth of my daughter. During the birth I had an amazing out-of-body-experience which catapulted me out of ordinary three dimensional awareness into an astounding, metaphysical reality which I know survives and surpasses death, misery, joy, materialism and all that is dualistic and worldly. A space of being in which Pure Love, Life and Light exists Eternally. This event inspired me to explore the intriguing inner realms of Self through Yoga, Meditation, Rosicrucianism and other spiritually laden paths. I have written two books. The first, "Sai Rapture, The Ecstatic Journey of a Modern Day Gopi " portrays my spiritual journey. The second book, "108 Bhakti Kisses, The Ecstatic Poetry of a Modern Day Gopi" is a garland of poems celebrating the divine in everything.
My first memories of writing begin in elementary school when one teacher assigned our class to write a story. He made some very encouraging comments and a writer was born. I have stacks of poems and songs collected over the years. I recently began blogging and found this site and am happy to share some of my work here. Yolanda Castaño Pereira (Santiago de Compostela, La Coruña, España, 19 de abril de 1977), es una poetisa y crítica literaria española en lengua gallega. Se dio a conocer en el mundo de las letras en los años 1990 con poemas sueltos y pequeños poemarios por los que recibió diversos premios. Participó en el II Certamen Xuventude en 1994 y, un año después, publicó su primer poemario, "Elevar as pálpebras". En 1998 se editaron sus siguientes poemarios, "Delicia" y "Vivimos no ciclo das Erofanías", este último con una excelente acogida de público y de la crítica. Es esa época, Yolanda Castaño comienza a desarrollar una doble labor: escribir y publicar inicialmente en gallego para, después, traducirse a sí misma a la lengua castellana. Por ello, la mayoría de sus poemarios se encuentran en ambas lenguas.

Mahathi is a renowned Indian English poet. So far 6 anthologies of his original poems were published. His 6th book, FINDING THE MOTHER, a trans-creation of SRI SUNDARA KANDA , the 5th canto of Srimad RAMAYANA was critically acclaimed as one of the greatest epic works of modern English poetry. My name is Adrian. I grew up in the Sierra Nevada's of California. I'm in my early 30s and still living the solo, single life. I'm a creative individual who expresses himself through writing, photography, and making short videos. Most of my writings have a Love or Life touch, but I consider my work to be a variety of different elements. I have been writing poems and short stories since High School and some through my college years. Since I'm one of the single men with no children at his side, My writing centers around what comes in my mind and the many things any single, loving individual would wish to have. Some of my writings can be light or dark, happy or sad, It depends on what my creative mood is. Many people inside my circle know very little of my writing, but know me for my contributions in photography and creative video ambitions. I've always been creative since I was a little girl. I would write poems, song lyrics, create things, draw, color and sing. My imagination was always big and vivid. As I got older I started to write short stories and even went to college to get a degree in creative writing. Well I ended up becoming a hairstylist which I love doing so much. I decided that writing was a hobby for me, a way to escape and release and I love it. I'm happy that I can be on here to share my talent with the world.
Luis Alberto Nina nace en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana, el 6 de octubre, 1982. Allí transcurren su infancia y parte de su adolescencia. Movido por un espíritu inquieto y rebelde, deja su ciudad natal para cursar estudios en Puerto Rico, de donde se marcha en el año 1997, para comenzar una nueva vida en New Jersey, Estados Unidos. Da inicios a sus andaduras literarias con el poemario “Caras”, editado en el año 2006, (en honor a sus grandes amigas, sus cinco “Caritas”). Más tarde publica una obra llena de frases personales, que titula “Los ideales que sostienen el ente de mi vida”, editada en el año 2008, (en donde dilucida todo lo que define su persona en ese momento). Luego nos introduce “La Novela de la Musa y el Poeta”, con la primera entrega, Las Miradas De Mi Rostro”, editada 2014. Y por último, “Tus Mariposas”, la segunda entrega de “La Novela de la Musa y el Poeta”, editada en el año 2015. Sus ideales, sus valores éticos y su constante afán por engrosar sus conocimientos, lo llevan a interesarse por la ingeniería, la psicología y la sociología.
