The Eyes of Wisdom

God placed in our souls a saintly guide to lead us upon the all righteous path.  Some choose to find their own way without him, blinded by their own vanity.  Their own wisdom is sufficient enough.  God’s wisdom knows the whole journey of the wind.  We can only see evidence of it when it dances with the leaves through the trees.
Our own wisdom gives us only a visual and a learned awareness of words and actions, and God’s is the source of all matter. Can we trust ourselves enough to lean on our own understanding to lead us to our own salvation?  The eyes of wisdom see it all, know it all, and start it in motion. I turn my life over to God.

Thank you Charlotte. I have an idea which poems you will like. These poems about God used to be prayers that the congregation used to recite in church. I'm glad you like them.
