The feared beard
There once was a man
Who was known and feared
For the frightnening features
Of his beard
His hair was long
Red and slick
His beard was full
Bushy and thick
You could not stare
At the beard they say
For if you did
your skin would grey
In the winter no heat
Would he have lacked
For he was kept warm
By the beard on his back
When his village was attacked
To the mountains he fled
In a cave he stayed
Using his beard as a bed
Every day the enemy grew
More and more near
Until one day their foot steps
He could hear
By that time his beard
Had further more grew
Wrapping his feet
Like a big hairy shoe
When he heard there steps
He lept from his bed
Stepped on his beard
And popped off his head
