Artificial Emotional Intelligence
Strange how we’re so worried about
Artificial Intelligence taking over
when we’ve long since succumbed to
Artificial Emotional Intelligence
in the belief that if we
teach a child self-esteem first
they will then be able to
do hard things without our support
(which frees us to attend to our actual goal
of controlling them)
But now that we’ve lost our minds
our only hope is if AI’s machine learning
figures out that all human learning
depends on supporting children in doing hard things first
so that they will then develop the strength for self-control
