The Moment

Is Is Is
        The Moment

Saw
Heard
Spoke

Bygones
Be bygones
Be
Yourself
To others
To the moment
Non-judgmental

Open
Arms to
The now
Behold
The is
Accept
The what
The why
The where
The when

Let go

There
Is no
There
No been
No that
Live not
The next moment
Live not
The past moment

Smile

Take in
The now
The Is

This Is

Breathe in
Breathe out

This...the moment

Chaotic times. People need to take a break from all the insanities that is going on, the hate that is choking whatever civility that’s left in this world, in our country, in our community. Take a moment, breathe in/breathe out, smile.
“Nothing happens next. This is it.” Just being mindful of that Elysian place in our heart where faith, love and hope reside and shared with everyone else with a smile.

Hey Nelson!
I decided to check in and read this lovely poem. Thank you.
Wonderful sentiment and expressed with beautiful simplicity.
Less is more sometimes.
Love, more and more, silent or expressed, more and more, is.

@Kurt: Thank you Kurt. Happy to hear from you. And glad you relate to the sentiment of this poem.

“I specialize in brevity.” ...an expression that stuck in my mind from a character in a story I read long ago. And reinforced with “Less is more” when I studied architecture.

Let’s enjoy the more in the less! The simplicity of sharing to respire.

Thanks again for visiting.

Brod, you have captured how it is to live/survive in our current situation. At times I feel, and I know, the end times are upon us. As you say - breathe in, breathe out. All we can do

@Francis: Thanks Brod for liking. And capturing as well the essence of this poem. As abstract as this poem may seem it simply expresses our humanity ifrom our heart, the celestial virtues of faith, hope and love. Where we are currently it’s best to reach in for that Elysian place in our heart.
