Of Waves and Ripples

The words are profoundly intense.

They glide along a thumping bass

Overlapping another window open,

Tapping at the gates of a temple.

Ominous and present,

Maddeningly pleasant,

It made it all so simple.

Awakened by a presence,

A nauseous feeling lingers.

Wind rippled throughout the trees

As I heard her waves pass by.

The storm approaches,

Sly and precocious.

She emptied out her sky.

Weighted by such density,

The pressure of her storm,

My head became a supernova.

A melding mind, will time unwind?

Take us to the beginning.

We are uncontrollably spinning,

Longing for what we left behind.
