I’m all alone,
Like I’m on a deserted beach,
The door is closing,
I can hear the hinges screech.
No one to talk to,
Though everyone hears,
I feel like yelling,
Will anyone care?
People surround me,
Their words flowing in,
I want to speak, too.
Where to begin?
Tears begin to fall,
Streaming down my hollow cheeks,
No one understands,
Yet everyone speaks.
So what do I do now,
When I confide in no one my sorrow,
Will I lose myself to loneliness,
Will I see my tomorrow?
