Jealousies

Yesterday is Tomorrow

Shed those tears
Let
   them
          roll
              down
Your cheeks now blushed.

Nothing had happened.
Nothing had changed.
Everything still is is.
You are is.
I was was not
You thought I was.

Your cheeks now blushed
Let
   them
          roll
              down
Shed those tears.

Yesterday now and tomorrow
Always will be be
Back always together we are
As we crossed our hearts
Put fingers shushing our lips
Whispering love you too’s.

Shed those tears
Let
   them
          dry
              down
On your cheeks now vibrant rose.

As your eyes begin to gleam
A glimpse of yesterday our dreams
Always have been I see
Nothing had happened
Nothing had changed
Yesterday at all times our tomorrow.

It seems to me that you have a great start on the long winding road, like you are well along the way. To me it is very progressive.

Thank you Robert. I am trying. I thought a leitmotif echo verse cascading down single word lines would be visually in context with a sad teary eyes of a hurt person. Luckily a picture was available. It's a long, "long winding road". I have a lot to learn.
