TRUE LOVE

The sun’s risen high above
But darkness still clouds her eyes.
She does not seem to see anything
Nor can she hear any cries.

Tear drops do not drip from her eyes
But her heart’s bleeding inside
She never could drift ashore
Even floating with the tide.

All alone she always feels
Even when with friends galore
Her eyes gazed upon the horizon
Waiting for her love who’s no more.

We tried to cheer her up
And bring up some smile
No matter how much we tried
Our efforts were useless all the while

It’s now but a year and a half
He left for the heaven above
Guess I must stop here now
Writing words of this girl’s true love.
