Dandelion

Dandelion

~~Rob ~~

On sacred mountain, the night is dark an cold,
Curled about myself, alone, adrift, so old.
I search the heavens,  my eyes seek the stars,
See me great spirit, we would be free of our bars.
I pray you hear me, my cause is right and just,
Grant my boon, or turn me back to dust.
Before you I am humble, sorrowed and bleak,
Grant me the vision of which i speak.
Hear me, I am Unele(the wind)and I  have the sight,
Give me a way I  pray, to end this terrible blight.
Lightening crashes with a terrible boom,
Fear strikes my heart as i feel my doom.
Ozone crackles, air shimmers from the blasted ground,
There before me lay seeds, in a huge mound.
These seeds, so light, so pure, so white,
Wind spread these seeds across the sky tonight.
Unele will sow these seeds across this land,
Where they germinate, spread, and fulfill my command.
Great spirit hear me, do all you can,
We must change the hate that is in the white man
